Dear Parents and Legal Guardians,

Summer Holiday Club 2020

As you may be aware the Government Announced that Childcare Providers can re-open for Wrap around care. We are still waiting to see what restrictions that they are going to put in place for our services to open, but we will not know any restrictions until the 4^th July 2020.

We are presuming any restrictions may only allow Critical/Keyworkers criteria and of course Vulnerable Families but hopefully the government will allow all families to have the option of sending their children to a holiday club setting.

So, in the meantime, we are writing to all our parents/guardians to see if you require our services during the Summer Holidays and to see if this is viable for us to open. Hopefully they’ll allow us to take children from all families but as mentioned earlier this isn’t yet guaranteed and JETS are just trying to plan things in advance, for when we have any guidelines off the government on the 04^th July (or just after).

Our operational hours may slightly differ from previous years due to the circumstances and trying to ensure we can manage the cleaning / Good Hygiene / Good Practise and meeting all the necessary risk assessments.

As stated, we our looking at all the feedback from yourselves regarding our change in operational hours. We propose to open on the following days, Monday / Tuesday / Wednesday / Thursday, hours are from 9.00 till 4.00pm but will again be reviewed after forms have been returned and any restrictions have been announced

We have omitted Friday so staff can do a deep clean, ready for the following week.

If you could complete the form below and return back to us before the 3^rd July 2020 and all details need to be completed, days that are required need to be permanent days in blocked booking ( but this is still under review). We have decided to do this to reduce the risk of spreading the virus, also staff ratios requested etc. Within any guidelines / restrictions of the criteria the government may announce, evidence may be required to ensure children meet the criteria. Hopefully this will not be the case so please fill in the form with the days you’d like your child(ren) to attend JETS holiday club and we’ll be back In touch as soon as we know what restrictions ( if any) are placed upon holiday club settings.  Please find the form on our Newsletter page.

Please note this is a first come, first served basis and payment* will required once we call you and confirm your place and we will be asking for payment in full.
