   Dear Parents/Carers, 

   

  Due to the present circumstances beyond our control. Unfortunately will be closing our services temporarily as of the 31.03.2020 from 6.00pm.

  The payments we are receiving at the moment, we appreciate this to keep our centres open at this difficult time. 

  Payments that you are making will be taken into account for future services of our settings.

  I wish to take this time, to thank you for all your support in the most difficult months of this year.

  We are still open for Breakfast and Afterschool Sessions, for families who meet the Keyworker Catergory and Vunerable Children.

• J.E.Ts Update Regarding Coronavirus

  Here at Jets we take the Health and Welfare of our staff, Children and Families seriously. Jets are currently taking advice from Public Health England in regards to Coronavirus.

   

  We are currently not planning to close our facilities, however we will take advice from the Department of Education, and if the schools are closing we will follow suit and also close. We will keep everyone informed if this happens.

   

  We are aware that this can be a frustrating and worrying time for all and we suggest that if you feel your mental health is suffering because of this that you contact Mind for some advice and support https://www.mind.org.uk/

   

  Self-Isolation – If anyone in your household has symptoms of Covid -19 (a new, persistent cough or a temperature above 37.8) they should self-isolate and inform us as quickly as possible. If one person in the house has symptoms you should follow guidance from www.gov.uk to reduce the risk of passing this on to other family members.

   

  We request that all Parents/Carers/ Staff and Children Wash their hands before entering into our classrooms, or if this is not possible to use hand sanitiser.

   

  Our door handles, surfaces etc are being cleaned at regular intervals throughout the day, and staff have been asked to be extra vigilant in our cleaning and hygiene practices.

  Coronavirus – The Department for Education has launched a new helpline to answer questions about COVID-19 relating to education. Staff, parents and young people can contact the helpline as follows: Phone 0800 046 8687. Email DfE.coronavirushelpline@education.gov.uk. Opening hours 8:00am to 6:00pm Monday to Friday.

• J.E.Ts Easter Holiday Club - Now Taking Bookings

  J.E.Ts Easter Holiday Club is now taking bookings!! The Holiday Club takes place next month between Monday 6th April and Friday 17th April. As usual, we have plenty of activities lines up over the 8 days, including:

   

  Baking, Paper Mache Crafting, Egg Painting, Easter Egg Hunts, Sports and Physical Activity Days, Beach Trips, Park Walks, Body Painting & Temporary Tattoos,  A Bouncy Castle Afternoon (£1 Extra Charge) a sports and fitness session by Focus Fit (£1 extra charge) and all rounded off with a day trip to The Ice Cream Farm! Please note that the Ice Cream Farm day MUST be booked in as a full day and there is a £10 extra charge for this day. Please also note that Good Friday and Easter Monday are bank holidays and we are therefore closed on these days.

   

  We can't wait to see everyone, so please send your booking form with payment back to us as soon as possible to this email address, jetsaccounts@hotmail.co.uk  

   

  Please note that we cannot accept bookings over the telephone and bookings are NOT confirmed until we have received both a booking form and payment. Please ensure that your booking form is with us by Friday 27th March at the latest. Places are given on a first come, first served basis and we advise that you book your place as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
